Eligibility Criteria:
– A candidate can be eligible for an RTP Stipend if they do not receive any income from another source that exceeds 75% of their RTP Stipend rate. This income should be intended for supporting the candidate's general living expenses during their course of study. Income received for purposes unrelated to the course of study or for specific study-related expenses is not considered.
– A candidate cannot receive an RTP Fees Offset if they are already benefiting from a similar Commonwealth scholarship or award that covers the tuition fees for their RHD program.
Application Procedure:
— RTP Scholarships cannot be applied for directly. Instead, applicants should communicate their interest in an RHD Scholarship to their supervisory team.
— The School of Graduate Research will extend invitations to potential candidates, based on the recommendation of the supervisory team, to complete an application for the scholarship.
— Successful applicants will receive notification via email once the scholarships have been awarded.
